This bow thruster manufactured by ThrustEMS provides approximately 80kg force directed through a 185mm tunnel produced by a single propeller gearbox coupled to a 4.25kW 12 Volt motor. This thruster is designed for approximately 3 minutes continuous run time. ThrustEMS thrusters are wholly manufactured in Europe from quality components. The motors driving the thruster are used in approximately 75% of all the newly built tunnel thrusters worldwide. 1. Gear case is made from seawater resistant bronze. 2. Shaft and bearing surfaces are CNC machined to 2/1000mm accuracy. 3. Heavy duty seals provide excellent sealing performance. 4.
